AxyPrep™ Blood Total RNA Miniprep Kit

The AxyPrep Blood Total RNA Miniprep Kit is designed to process up to 400 µl of anticoagulated whole blood per prep. RBCs are removed using a special lysis buffer. Following WBC lysis, genomic DNA and protein are removed via precipitation, which significantly improves the yield and purity of the total RNA sample. The carryover of genomic DNA is greatly reduced and the opportunity for column clogging is eliminated, ensuring optimal consistency between preps. AxyPrep™ Body Fluid Viral DNA/RNA Miniprep Kit

This kit provides a rapid and highly reproducible way to purify viral nucleic acid from 250 ml of body fluid, including plasma, serum, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, urine, cell culture supernatant, etc. During lysis, proteins and PCR inhibitors are removed by denaturation and precipitation. Viral nucleic acids remain soluble in the supernatant and are purified by binding to a special AxyPrep column. After brief washes to remove residual impurities and salt, the purified viral nucleic acid is eluted and can be used immediately. AxyPrep™ DNA Gel Extraction Kit

This kit employs optimized reagents in combination with a convenient spin column to purify DNA fragments from either TAE or TBE agarose gels (regular and low-melt). Each AxyPrep column will bind up to 8 µg of DNA. DNA fragments in a size range of 75 bp up to 10 kb can be efficiently recovered. The Axyprep miRNA miniprep kit represents a new approach for purification of Micro (miRNA) RNA directly from animal or plant tissue and cultured cells. It produces a purified cellular RNA subfraction which is highly enriched for lower molecular weight species, such as miRna, siRnas and tRnas. This kit is designed to eliminate the problems associated with other spin column type RNA kits, such as column clogging and incomplete purification.
